This is a wonderful structure (above) it is an old boatyard frame...its just on the docks in Chatham and now they have preserved this and made the area more upmarket by bringing shops and new apartments into the area...I lived on this Island for a while....but most of the locals would not ever want to live there....as apparently you cannot grow anything in your garden...(because of the radiation from war victims buried there!) but it is a nice place to visit and very trendy....just not a good idea to invest in a property there!
Above is just around the corner along the waters edge...yes it does hold gas...but I have asked them if they could paint it this pretty blue colour and of course they have obliged! LOL!
And look at this lovely bridge....(can you see the blue theme running along here!) this is in Chatham Town which is a cool photo spot...all along the river, here, they are going to be developing...so it really is an up and coming area. Chatham is full of wonderful architecture and the view from this bridge is Rochester Castle with the Cathedral behind it.
